I figure it will take $5000 to make that rental house livable if I move. Insulated drapes , only 4 windows in the house but a patio door and it is cold there. Has a 5th window tiny in the kitchen. Storage shelves and book cases and computer desk with shelves/storage, probably a table to put the sewing machine on. I do not need fancy stuff but something that will hold up. Wire shelves cost about twice the price of utility shelves. Cosy more to live there. Here I have pantry and untility room with cupboards and roots cellar to store things. Plus new mouse proof shed and garage and so on. I have have built in desk with shelves to the ceiling, shelves in dining room and built in book shelves in living room. That house open plan and chopped up so things do not fit. Done on the cheap. Does have one tiny linen closet and tiny coat clset at front door. She said there is storage with the bathroom sink. I am sure not enough. I have a big linen closet here with no storage in bath but acrossed the hall. It works. That rental not enough kitchen cabinets and she said be enough for every day dishes. No counter space way it. Roll pie dough in the dinning area on the table? One space son say microwave goes there and that is it. Dish rack take the other. Least by this floor plan and they say full saize stove of 30 " and not the 24' on the plaan. Tiny fridge and mine will have to go in to the open space at end of cupboard and be in dining /living area . Only place for it. Got to ahev a freeze I told them and she said yes I would need one. Back of fridge will be facing into the living room. I would have to live with it. Got to have it and will not fit where the tiny fridge is. Suppose to good house and conserve my money. Hahaha, I can not see that.
