Makes GREAT pizza dough.Roll out,pre-bake crust 10 minutes or so,make pizza, into oven.Really tasty, and holds up real well, you wont believe pics.BTW,since our ovens only get up around 450 or so compared to commercial pizza ovens the pre baking of dough is essential to eliminate saggy, floppy crusts, this latest one even had a slight crunch,SUPERB!
Dont forget you dont have to eat it all, after saved and frozen, reheat for 15 minutes at 350F is very very good!Pizza reheats real well
I need make pizza for the freezer. And have baked crust for mashed potato pizza. I want to try it and see. I have can of dried bell peppers, I plan some ones that are for like two meals for me. I have canned little cans of black olives. I want them to fit in gallon zip bag.
On another forum a lady said she made mashed potato pizza. Baked the crust then season up the mashed potatoes with what she had, pit cheese on top and put in hot oven to melt the cheese. I doubt it would freeze.
I would rather have meat and cheese. But want to try the potato to see.
