Just got back from the doctors. Hubby has the most aggressive form of this, and is at the worst place on the charts. The good news is - it's still contained in the prostate. Hubby opted for removal. We got a referral to a surgeon (his doc can't do it because he goes into surgery tomorrow) and this should move quickly, to get it out before it spreads.
Feels good to have a plan, and to know that it hasn't spread. Big relief for both of us.
