Made with canned foods.Makes 2 servings
8 oz Refried beans- 8 oz 90% ground beef-salt and pepper 2 oz portabella mushroom slices-chopped 2 oz Jack cheese shredded 12 black olives,halved 2 TBS salsa 2 TBS low fat sour cream shredded iceberg lettuce Couple jalapeno slices
Cook beef in cast iron pan,make chunky,when almost done add portabellas. Make 2 plates,add a base of shredded lettuce,add heated cooked refried beans and meat.Divide rest of ingredients and add to each plate.
Makes a darn filling main course for about 500 calories.Apologize for bad picture,lightbulbs in kitchen add funky colors so doesnt look all that great.But you get meat,beans,veggies and dairy.
