Least you caught it. I could not figure how you could ferment with out salt. Takes salt or vinegar for things to keep.
Way I read it salt keeps the bad bacteria in check until the lacto bacillus takes over,so yes,I made a mistake forgetting the salt,shoulda checked my old posts before i did this instead of relying on memory,always a questionable area,LOL!
Which is why I post a lot of things....'for the record' is a good idea.
