In a qt jar add one TBSP sea salt to filtered water
Garlic's prepped,cut off hard ends,cut large cloves in half
Add one cabbage leaf and one coarse chopped large onion per qt.
add a few peppercorns,1/8 teaspoon pickling spices as in my opinion very little is needed to taste great.Add the water and loosely cap and wait 10 days or so for fermentation to complete,these will live on shelf in kitchen while fermenting
