So I went online to newegg and found the most powerful video card my comp can handle.
Its was simply a matter of unplugging monitor wire and one screw holds in old card.
Then slide in new card, and one screw to seat it in place.
Turn on machine, windows says insert cd that came with card.Do that, windows installs it.
Then go to monitor setup in settings and set screen size and power, mine is 32 bit high resolution and set screen size to fit my screen.
Now videos clearer and smoother.
Today or tomorrow the cable to go to HD TV set arrives.I will be able to watch youtube videos from computer in high resolution on TV,will be able to watch movies and old tv series and some new ones free from hulu on computer and send em to big screen tv.
I will be able to play DVDS on computer dvd,cd rom player and see on tv,wont need separate dvd player hooked to tv.Blue ray players as cheap as 59 dollars for computer, and 79 for one that records. Just uninstall cd rom, plug a blueray in its place and can do blueray on TV.
Tech is soooo cool and simple to do.
I spent 123 dollars at newegg for card,2 new wireless mouses and the cable. All but cable delivered overnight for the 3 dollar regular shipping cost, cable taking about 5 days from back east.
