Thanks for the kind words.
It does take an effort but I think its the coolest type cookbook out there.
I still need to get in the simpler things we tend to take for granted, for some folks even those things are new to them.
Like soups. For a new cook even soup pictorials might be inspiring.Or for others to see the finished product and say "By golly that DOES look good" and then they make it. Like Kims Gumbo, boy is a picture worth a thousand words, cant wait to make that.
Im really not sure what to put in,I think if we err to the side of just everything we like that that is the better option.
Inspiring. That's a great word, and it entirely fits a pictorial cookbook. Step-by-step instructions on how to cook is a GREAT idea, and I'm glad you thought of it.
Oh! I was watching "The Biggest Loser" last night and learned something I didn't know about Lentils. I knew that cooking the green lentils took as long as any other bean, but what I didn't know was that cooking PINK LENTILS only takes 2 or three minutes, and in chicken broth, it makes a great foundation to low-calorie meals that are extremely healthy!!!
